Syracuse, N.Y. (NCC News)- Downtown Syracuse Dining Weeks is returning this year from March 1st through the 14th.
Over 40 participating Downtown Syracuse restaurants will offer discounted rates for lunches and dinners.
Two-course lunches will be on sale for $15 or less, and three-course dinners will be offered for $40 or less. Additionally, some restaurants will offer sweets for sale.
