SYRACUSE, N.Y. (NCC News) — Disney’s “Aladdin” sweeps through the 315 as the Disney North American Tour kicks off its journey right here in Syracuse. Spanning across 19 cities, the tour features actors straight from the original Broadway show.
For Syracuse local Juliette Daigneault, “Aladdin” isn’t just another show; it’s a gateway to childhood memories.
“Growing up, ‘Aladdin’ was always one of my favorite Disney movies, because Princess Jasmine was super empowering. So, seeing the Broadway show here will be a pretty inspiring experience”
For her, the arrival of a real Broadway production in Syracuse is a noticeable event event.
“I’ve never seen a lot of live plays or shows before, so being able to go see this show is a pretty exciting opportunity, especially being so close to Syracuse.”
Disney’s “Aladdin” is set to show on the Landmark Theater stage with eight shows from Wednesday through Sunday this week. Tickets for these performances are available online or in-person at the Landmark Theater Box Office.
