SYRACUSE, N.Y. (NCC News) — If you’re planning on buying a ticket to the 2024 World Series, you might want to double check your wallet.
Ticket prices continue to fluctuate on various different websites, including SeatGeek, StubHub, Ticketmaster and Vivid Seats. You can buy tickets on SeatGeek starting at $1,155. But other seats are priced higher than $7,000.
StubHub has tickets starting at $1,315. But some tickets closer to the field cost over $7,600.
The same goes for Vivid Seats. Tickets start at $1,257 each. Some seats located closer to the field cost over $10,000.
The first game of the World Series will take place on Oct. 25. The New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Dodgers will face off at Dodger Stadium.
The Dodgers last won a World Series in 2020. But the Yankees haven’t won since 2009. The last Yankees-Dodgers World Series was in 1981, and the Dodgers took the win.
